The relationship between Greenland and Denmark is full of fantasy and myths. And these are exactly what Danish artist Lasse Lau documented and reflected on in his first feature - length film. As an outsider, what form should be used to present the experiences of Greenlanders? Lau and his actors combined their identities, listened and observed whole - heartedly, and shot this real and fun - filled film. The beautiful natural scenery and collective consciousness of Greenland carry the colonial history, but at the same time, they also breed a strong will to break through it and awaken with a new political self - awareness.
