My Life Partner' which deals with the deep and intricate emotional relationship between two men. And the film deals with this subject in a sensitive manner, shedding light on two human beings' mental attachment, rather than the sexual relationship. The movie narrates the story of two friends-turned-lovers Richard and Kiran, both born and brought up in different cultural backgrounds. Richard is from a business family and naturally he is expected to take over his family business. With his strict upbringing, he finds the taste of freedom rejuvenating when he moves to a hostel and meets Kiran, a US-born child of separated parents. In course, their relationship grows and alters both their lives. For both Richard and Kiran, because of their experiences, the sacred bond of marriage between a man and woman is just an ironic joke. When Kiran goes through a rough patch in life, Richard's care and love bring him back from the brink.
