Frans Maas (born 13 July 1964, in Bergen op Zoom) is a retired Dutch long jumper, best known for his gold medal at the 1988 European Indoor Championships. Maas attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he studied marketing. He was an All-American jumper for the UTEP Miners track and field team, placing 5th in the long jump at the 1986 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships.
